The ministry of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church is made possible through the faithful giving of parishioners and supporters. Monetary gifts help sustain our ministries, support our mission, and enable us to serve those in need while sharing the love of Christ within our community and beyond.
Regular and recurring donations help the church plan ahead and invest in the future, supporting operating expenses, weekly services and activities and new ministries and programs, building stronger community connections and upkeep and maintenance of the church building and property.
Every gift, regardless of size, helps us continue to be a source of faith, hope, and charity, bringing Christ’s light to those we are called to serve.
Tax receipts are issued in February and are sent to those contributing more than $20 annually.

PAR (Pre-authorized Remittance)
For a regular, automated (monthly) donation withdrawn from your bank on the last day of the month, setting up PAR is the simplest way to donate. Contact the church office ([Addy: eleanor.svlc | shaw]) for more information or to receive an application.
In Person
Place cash or cheques in offering plate during any Sunday service, using either the offering envelopes placed in the backs of chairs or using your personalized envelopes. Include your name and address so that we can send you a tax receipt at the end of the year.
