Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church (SVLC) is dedicated to serving and supporting the local community. As part of this commitment, the church makes its facilities available for rental when they are not required for worship services, ministries, programs, or other church-related activities.
Priority is given to charitable organizations, community groups, and individuals whose activities are consistent with SVLC’s mission, vision, and charitable purposes. All facility rental requests are reviewed and approved by an authorized staff member or designated representative of the Church Council. Approval of any rental request is granted at the sole discretion of SVLC.
As a Christian congregation, SVLC reserves the right to approve only those events and activities that are compatible with its Mission Statement and the beliefs and teachings of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC).
Please note: Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church does not rent to other church groups for regular/weekly use.
